Spell To Shapeshift Into A Black Wolf

Getafe Electric Festival: 30 and May 31, 2008

Since February was the entry for this super festival:

This poster left no other option was to go two days. And here's the test, entry and bracelet:
As can be seen, at first the festival was to be called Electric Weekend, but later changed it to Electric Festival. And as Jack the Ripper said, and go to parties. The first thing on Friday ...

FRIDAY SCHEDULE: Time 17:20 Biffy 18:05 Cavalera Conspiracy 21:05 00:25 RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE
Scenario 1 Scenario 2
16:00 MOS 16:40

CLYRO
Millencolin
18:55 Serj Tankian
20:00 THE
IGGY & THE STOOGES
22:35 THE OFFSPRING
2:10 QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE

this concert can not say he was alone or accompanied, half and half because for 1 day point my brother and his friends, but for the 2 nd I found not a single passenger among my acquaintances. Incredible, right? I could not believe anyone would want to go see Metallica, but it was. Raja, RAJA THAT ARE FEW!

I returned to run the "Technical Pofesioná" leaving the car parked at the mouth of South Metro Juan de la Cierva the previous day. Friday dawned with a time which did not have much because it rained from time to time with different intensities. I entered the room when I was playing on stage Millencolin coated (2). I saw them a little away knowing that my brother was in the very first row because he loves and it seemed they were finished I went to the stage 1 to see the leader of System of a Down as close as possible. Serj Tankian

whole group came out with top hats and black suits except Serj, all white (to make it clear who is the leader and where to look).
The guy is really fucking sang. They played almost every single disc items in this order: Sounds of War

Empty Walls Feed Us Lie Lie
Lie

Saving Us Baby
Sky Is Over
Praise the Lord ... and Pass the Ammunition
Honking Anthelope
Holiday in Cambodia (Dead Kennedys)
Beethoven's Cunt
The Unthinking Majority

I recorded only this video for Empty Walls because they had to save space on the camera:

THE

Cavalera Conspiracy No sooner was played little run, where I finally met my brother, to the other stage because he wanted to see the Cavalera brothers back together. The album had just cool out close enough and promised to see them worthwhile. To change Max came out with his military uniform and began making chicha with the catchiest song on the disc.
They also played some Sepultura to make everyone happy. The atmosphere was hell, all the while giving and receiving blows and sweating like pigs, but was expected. These were the topics:

Inflikted Sanctuary Terrorize

Refuse / Resist (Sepultura)
The Doom of All Fires
Hex
Nevertrust
Hearts of Darkness Dark Ark

Must Kill
Territory (Sepultura)
Ultra Violence
Bloodbrawl
Attitude (Sepultura)
Roots Bloody Roots (Sepultura)

IGGY & THE STOOGES

it was his turn to "grandpa" Iggy and his former classmates reunited, so we took to refuel with a @ s sandwiches / burgers is so disgusting @ s @ s who serve in all the festivals. I saw on the big screen and the truth is that many want to have the energy wasted Mr Iggy at 61 years: throwing the microphone to the ground, rolled, she started above water bottles, declined to embrace the public ... the guy knows animate.
Of the songs just blew me I Want to Be Your Dog , which stretched a lot for people chanted the chorus. THE OFFSPRING

was time for another interesting performance, so we started to become more open place to come as close as possible to the stage and when it was impossible to go further we stopped. Catch a pretty good site. Offspring started sounding a little weird, and the proof was that half of the performance it got out the sound of microphones and guitars. My brother made a video just in time one of the outages:

When they could restart the atmosphere had cooled enough, and as the headliner schedule is the one who is respected because they could not touch what they had thought: Bad Habit

Have You Ever Staring at the Sun
All I Want You Bad Want

Come Out and Play Hammerhead

Gone Away Pretty
Fly (For A White Guy) Self
Steam

So in summary accounts, a disappointment. Not their fault, but who will do the installation. Here I put the videos I recorded:

Have You Ever:

Staring at the Sun:

Want You Bad:

RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Back to expect, but now much more expectation as we were going to witness something historic, Rage Against the Machine reunited. Promised much and how well he did. Came on stage handcuffed to a orange jumpsuits and heads covered with black bags in Guantanamo protest plan. After his assistants were removing the handcuffs and giving them their instruments and played the first song in this guise.
Bombtrack After the monkeys were removed and stock as it sounded 'International (as I read in a magazine about them: can you be a communist and billionaire at a time?). Before proceeding Zack shouted Long live Zapata! and followed the recital.
In one of the stoppages between songs we sing happy birthday to Morello because Zack told us it was his birthday. Here's the playlist:

Bombtrack
The International

Bulls on Parade People of the Sun
Testify
Bullet in the Head
Renegades of Funk (Afrika Bambaataa)

Guerrilla Radio Calm Like a Bomb
Sleep Now in the Fire

Freedom Killing in the Name

This is what I recorded:

Bombtrack (by me):

Bombtrack (my brother):

Renegades of Funk (my brother):

Freedom (1 ª part):

Freedom (2 Part):

Killing in the Name:

was a living hell in which a mass of 50,000 people crushed and dragged us back and back and stomping to get bored. I could only enjoy the performance without worrying about my survival if I could get closer to the center aisle and support / grab the fence that closed it. When they finished the deluge started, what a downpour fell on us. It seemed that the sky would leave the premises as soon as possible but still missing from touching Queens of the Stone Age. We spent an Olympian because apart from that we do not like were destroyed (the rain was no problem because we had raincoats) and try to go as soon as possible to the car, but as they saw the scene fully loaded, I suspect that in part by the rain and played in the cover. As in the parallel street to the parked car had passed an owl that was to Madrid, we caught it as this saved me the next day to find parking. And

now let on Saturday ...

SATURDAY SCHEDULE: Time 16:00 FROM FIRST TO LAST 2:20 AT THE GATES
Scenario 1 Scenario 2
16:40 ETHS
17 : 20 MNEMIC
18:05 THE HAUNTED
18:55 SOILWORK
19:55 QUEENSRYCHE
20: 55 WITHIN TEMPTATION 22:10
MACHINE HEAD
23:35 METALLICA

I arrived at Soilwork room while playing, and like most people were on the Stage 1 took the opportunity to get a good seat on stage 2 where I would play Queensrÿche: 2 second row. QUEENSRYCHE

The concert was great, the penalty was that all issues were touched his albums Operation: Mindcrime I and II. Best

I Can Whisper

The Rage for Order
Damaged

NM 156 Screaming in Digital
The Hands

The Needle Lies Breaking the Silence
I Do not Believe in Love
Neon Knights ( Black Sabbath)
Take Hold of the Flame

One of the guitarists had sound problems and on several songs went backstage to try to fix them, and that their technicians seemed incapable. I recorded these excellent videos:

I Do not Believe in Love:

Take Hold of the Flame:

Within Temptation
as it started I took to refuel with another bland hamburger (I'd swear they were made of mats Chinese newspapers and school) and got ready for the final battle against the monster: take good place to see Metallica. Within Temptation While playing most of the people struggled to advance while molestábamos really wanted to see them.
The truth is that the group just in case I do not apart from it bored me, also because he was focused on improving my position, but the strangest thing was that one of the guitarists (the who is married to the singer) spoke English because he lived some time here and occasionally we had thingy.

During the performance of Machine Head, I saw on the big screens, the struggle to improve the position continued until I reached the top. I was pretty close. The wait was long, because apart from having to wait until after Machine Head, after that still took a while to start. METALLICA

But finally started playing that song that makes my hair stand on end: The Ecstasy of Gold . 55,000 people singing the melody.
The scenario was quite sosito, with ramps on the sides to rise to 2 nd floor of the battery, which was a giant screen, but not a miserable trim. They played these songs (links are to the real audio of the concert, except The Ecstasy of Gold ):

The Ecstasy of Gold Creeping Death

Fuel
Ride the Lightning Harvester of Sorrow
Bleeding Me

Wherever I May Roam Devil's Dance

... and Justice for All

Fade to Black Master of Puppets

Whiplash
Nothing Else Matters Sad But True

One Enter Sandman Last Caress

So What?
Seek and Destroy

For my part I recorded these videos:

Fade to Black (1 ª part):

Fade to Black (2 ª part):

Master of Puppets:

Nothing Else Matters:

One:

Seek and Destroy:

I have also found these, they are pretty good:

The Ecstasy of Gold and Creeping Death :

Between Creeping Death and Fuel:

James waving and Harvester of Sorrow:

... and Justice for All

Master of Puppets:

Nothing Else Matters:

Spectacular. And the pyrotechnics of the principle of One almost makes me deaf. After you hear the audio when you realize that the battery fails in key moments and that the voice of James pyre, but live not even noticed. Everything is full enjoyment. Of course the atmosphere was pretty hellish, but the lesson learned from the previous day over again to achieve approximately the fence of the aisle, and although I could not hold on to it, the movement and crushing were much lower.

GRANDE Getafe Electric Festival! Let's see if they are repeated and festivals more often.

This time as link to see photos get the same page of the festival, which is still active.
